Turn up the volume and blast it on high gloss with the OPI Treatment Gel Plump Effect Top Coat. Top off any lacquer with this protective, plumping top coat that gives a gel-like look without giving in to smudges or streaks.

Product is classified as a hazardous substance, highly flammable liquid and vapour. If product is swallowed, may cause nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhoea and central nervous system depression. Irritating to the eyes. May be irritating to skin in some sensitive individuals. vapours of this product may be slightly irritating to the nose, throat and other tissues of the respiratory system.

Directions

Apply 1 coat of base coat to bare nails, 2 coats of Nail Lacquer, then finish with 1 coat of Gel Plump Effect Top Coat.
